1. GENERAL
The following terms and conditions as well as any other related rules adopted by Imolarte Jeweler and made available as indicated (collectively the "Terms of Sale") shall apply to each and all the product sales of Imolarte Jeweler that you (the "Customer" or "You") may order from Imolarte 1882 Ltd., a company organized and existing under the laws of Italy, with registered office at Via di Villa Emiliani 48, 00197 Rome, Italy ("Imolarte Jeweler " or hereinafter referred to as "we" or "our") either (a) by phone or contacting the customer contact center of Imolarte Jeweler (the "Customer Contact Center"), whose telephone number or email address are provided on the website or (b) accessing the Imolarte Jeweler ’s website (the "Website") on the internet.
These Terms of Sale only apply to product purchases made through the Customer Contact Center or from the Website. Imolarte Jeweler reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the Terms of Sale, at any time.
These Terms of Sale applicable to the orders placed through the Customer Contact Center or the Website are those that are in force at the time an order is placed on your behalf by an Ambassador of Imolarte Jeweler (in the case of an order made through the Customer Contact Center) or when placing the order (in the case of an order made through the Website). In the case of an order made through the Website, by checking the "I accept" or similar box in the order confirmation section of the Website before placing the order at Imolarte Jeweler , you confirm that you fully understand and accept these Terms of sale. In the event of a refusal of these Terms of Sale, you will not be able to order any Imolarte Jeweler products from the Website or through the Customer Contact Center.
Individuals wishing to use the Customer Contact Center or the Website will be regarded, by virtue of the use made, to have agreed to be bound by our Website Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which, by reference, form part of the present Terms of Sale. Customers using the Customer Contact Center will have access to our Privacy Policy as indicated in the "Order Acceptance".
2. PURCHASING ELIGIBILITY
Only persons who (a) who has reached the age of majority (eighteen years in most countries), (b) is legally able to enter into a contract and (c) has shipping address in the European countries listed in Article 12, may order products through the Customer Contact Center or on the Website (for further details, please refer to Payment and Shipping sections below). If you have not reached the age of majority or have no legal capacity to enter a contract, you must have your parent or legal guardian make an order on your behalf and therefore accept these Terms of Sale. Any order contravening this provision shall be null and void.
By making an order through the Customer Contact Center or on the website, you represent and warrant to be an end customer in good faith and that you will not supply, sell or distribute Imolarte Jewelery’s products or products of other brands represented, or purchase these products for commercial purposes or any other commercial advantage. If despite our efforts the product is no longer available or if Imolarte Jeweler believes, for legitimate reasons, that an order would violate these Terms of Sale, Imolarte Jeweler may refuse the order.
3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: QUANTITY
All orders made through the Customer Contact Center or the Website are subject to availability and acceptance by Imolarte Jeweler .
Imolarte Jeweler reserves the right to modify the assortment of products offered on the Website or through the Customer Contact Center and may limit from time to time the amount of products of Imolarte Jeweler that a Customer may order in a single transaction.
The Customer Contact Center and the product pages of the Website provide all the information about the products currently available for sale through these channels. Attention: Only items displaying an "Add to Cart" button are available for sale through the Website. You may also contact the Customer Contact Center (telephone number provided on the Website) and an Imolarte Jeweler Ambassador will provide you with more information on product availability and assist you in purchasing process.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION; PERSONAL INFORMATION
In order to make an order through the Customer Contact Center or on the Website, the Customer or the ambassador of Imolarte Jeweler (on behalf of the Customer) is required to register and create an internet account, unless the "Guest Checkout" option on our website or via the Customer Contact Center is selected. To register, you will be required to provide valid and up-to-date personal information, including your first and last name, phone number, and email address, and confirm that you are have reached the age of majority.
After your personal account has been registered on the Website or with the help of the Imolarte Jeweler ambassador, you will receive an e-mail which allows you to access your account on the Website and create a permanent account and password. You will receive a second e-mail summarizing the personal information provided during account registration process. The Customer is responsible for keeping the password and account access information secure and safe. the confidentiality and security of the password and access data to your account. Imolarte Jeweler is not responsible for any misuse of the Customer's account resulting from the access to the account and use of your password and account access information by any third party.
Imolarte Jeweler reserves the right to modify the information required to place a new order or registration requirements at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Website. Please refer to our Privacy Policy and Clause 8 of these Terms of Sale for more details about how Imolarte Jeweler may use the personal information provided.
In case of any changes in the information provided to the Customer Contact Center or on the website, please log in to your account and update such information directly on the Website, inform the Customer Contact Center of such changes (telephone number and email address provided on the Website) or to notify Imolarte Jeweler in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Besides, if Imolarte Jeweler reasonably suspects that a third party has breached a Customer's registration, password and/or has obtained unauthorized access, Imolarte Jeweler will immediately cancel and terminate this account and inform the Customer by e-mail or telephone.
5. ORDERS
If you are wishing to place an order on the Website, the order will be processed in the following way: Once you have chosen a product, you can add it to the cart. You may then continue shopping for other products and add them to the cart (subject to availability and quantity limits) or proceed to "Order". You may also delete one or more products selected in the cart.
In the case of placing an order through the Customer Contact Center (telephone number provided on the Website), a Imolarte Jeweler will follow the offer and order process on behalf of the Customer.
If the case of ordering through the Customer Contact Center or the Website, you will be required to provide other personal information, including shipping address, billing address, and payment details. The Customer warrants that all personal information provided to Imolarte Jewelers are true and correct. For security reasons and to prevent fraudulent use, Imolarte Jeweler or its third party providers may collect addtional information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information about how Imolarte Jeweler may use and how long it may keep the personal information provided.
6. PRICES, TAXES AND SHIPPING COSTS
All prices indicated on the product pages on the Website or given by the Customer Contact Center are inclusive of VAT, but exclude shipping costs and other taxes unless otherwise stated. The applicable currency will be updated based on the shipping destination after receiving the delivery address.
Imolarte Jeweler reserves the right to make changes to the applicable prices and delivery costs at any time, without notice. The price of a product and delivery costs shown on the Website or given by the Customer contact center, as indicated in the confirmation of order provided by Imolarte Jeweler , will be honored by Imolarte Jeweler . Any description or information regarding the weight of precious materials and number of stones and carats is provided as an indication and may vary slightly. The actual VAT for the purchase order will be calculated at the time your order is to be shipped, at which point you will receive a Confirmation of Order (as defined in Clause 10). Please note that changes to applicable law between the order date and the date that the Customer receives a Confirmation of Order may result in changes to the sales tax associated with the purchase. If the resulting change is an increase in the sales tax you are charged, we will contact you and ask reconfirm the purchase.
We may offer a VAT refund for products delivered in some countries of European Union and not later than thirty (30) days after their export outside the European Union. This service will not be available to the Customers in the European Economic Area.
7. REVIEW AND CONFIRMATION BY THE CUSTOMER
Customer is required to carefully check all details before placing the order through the Customer Contact Center or on the Website, including without limitation the details of each purchase, which will be provided by the Imolarte Jeweler ambassador (in the case of an order made through the Customer Contact Center) or the Website (in the case of an order made through the Website).
After reviewing your order, check the box "I have read and accept the Terms of sale" and then click on the "Order with payment obligation" or a similar button on the Website to place the order. By making an order, the offer is submitted to Imolarte Jeweler to buy the products you have placed in the "Shopping Cart". Unless otherwise stated in these Terms of Sale, Imolarte Jewelers reserves the right to refuse, cancel and terminate orders at any time for legitimate reasons. For example, Imolarte Jeweler may refuse, cancel or terminate an order in the event of ongoing litigation concerning payment of a prior order or if Imolarte Jeweler suspects that the Customer has violated the Terms of Sale.
8. PAYMENT
8.1. Payment by credit or debit card
Payment can be made by credit or debit card by following the instructions on the Website or through the Customer Service Center.
When placing an order on the Website, the Customer is required to enter his payment details on the respective page. In the case of an order by telephone, the credit or debit card number and the three or four digit security code, indicated on the back or the front of the card (CCV2/CVC2/CID), have to be communicated to the Customer Contact Center. A telephone conversation may be recorded for security and quality control purposes, but the information regarding the credit card will not be recorded by our Customer Contact Center, or will be completely encrypted and only used for the execution of payment transactions. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how and how long Imolarte Jeweler may use personal information and the conversation recordings.
Credit/debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization checks by the card issuer. If the payment card issuer refuses to authorize the payment to Imolarte Jeweler , it will be the Customer responsibility to contact the card issuer to resolve the problem. Imolarte Jeweler will not be liable for any delay or non-deliver.
For the purpose of order processing, Imolarte Jeweler may pre-authorize the card used for payment. The amount of your purchase will be blocked on the card until the order is shipped to the shipping address provided to Imolarte Jewelers. Subsequently, a Confirmation of Order will be sent and the card will be charged the applicable purchase price. By placing the offer to purchase Imolarte Jeweler products or products of other brands represented by Imolarte Jeweler on the Website or through the Customer Contact Center, Imolarte Jeweler is expressly authorized to run payment pre-authorization and, at Imolarte Jeweler discretion, to transmit to third parties or to obtain from third parties information (including any up-to-date information) about the Customer, including but not limited to the card number, to authenticate your identity, to validate your card, to obtain an initial card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how Imolarte Jeweler may use and how long it may keep your personal information.
In accordance with this agreement, the payment processing services for goods and/or products purchased on this Website by credit or debit card are provided by Imolarte Jeweler , depending on the type of payment method used for the purchase of the goods and/or services.
8.2. Payment by bank wire transfer
Orders made through the Customer Contact Center or on the Website may be paid by bank wire transfer. Please always indicate the order reference number in the bank transfer form. Always indicate the order reference number in the bank wire transfer form.
After a Customer has placed an order and selected the bank wire transfer as a method of payment, Imolarte Jeweler will wait for your payment to be received before processing the order. If the purchase price to be paid is not credited into our bank account within seven (7) business days after the order was made, this order will be canceled.
Imolarte Jeweler will not charge any fee for payments made by bank wire transfer. Please make sure that Imolarte Jeweler receives the full amount specified in the Acknowledgement of Order before you process your order. Please note that some financial institutions may take a commission for conducting wire transfers.
8.3 Payments via Paypal
You can also pay by using PayPal, as indicated on the Website.
8.4 Safety
Imolarte Jewelers takes precautions, including administrative, technical, and physical measures, to protect personal information against loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Imolarte Jeweler uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption for all webpages that require providing personal information.
Imolarte Jeweler will strive to protect the personal data of the Customer throughout the entire online selling process. However, Imolarte Jeweler cannot guarantee the security and integrity of the data transmitted to the Website and therefore cannot be held liable for any harm or loss resulting from the use of the Internet, as in the case of hacking (unauthorized intrusion into a computer system). For more information on how Imolarte Jeweler uses and protects customer information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
To secure transactions and prevent fraud, Imolarte Jeweler will conduct a credit card and anti-fraud check. By placing the order, the Customer expressly authorizes Imolarte Jeweler to perform these checks and, at Imolarte Jeweler discretion, to transmit or obtain personal information provided by the Customer to Imolarte Jeweler to authenticate your identity, validate your credit card, to obtain pre-authorization of your credit card, and authorize an individual purchase transaction.
9. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER
Once you have placed the order through the Customer Contact Center or on the Website, you will receive by email An Acknowledgement of Order providing the details of the order along with the Terms of Sale. The Acknowledgement of Order will contain an order reference number assigned by Imolarte Jeweler . Once you have received it, please carefully review the Terms of Sale and make sure you save the Order Reference Number for any inquiries regarding your Order.
An Acknowledgement of Order does not mean an acceptance of your order. After sending the Acknowledgement of Order, Imolarte Jeweler will first perform usual safety checks and then process your order.
10. CONFIRMATION OF ORDER BY Imolarte JEWELER
Once Imolarte Jeweler has completed security checks and the product you have ordered has been shipped, Imolarte Jeweler will send you by email a written Confirmation of Order.
Imolarte Jeweler will keep information regarding all orders as required by applicable law. These records are available to the Customer by registering on the Website or by contacting the Customer Contact Center.
11. FREE SERVICES
The following additional services are available, free of charge, on the Website or by the Customer Contact Center:
11.1. Gift wrap, Imolarte Jeweler signature packaging
Our gift boxes are elegant and contain the Imolarte Jeweler signature. The Imolarte Jeweler gift box was created to wrap your precious jewelry. If the Customer or the gift recipient decides to return the product, the product should be returned in the original packaging.
11.2. Personalized products
You may personalize a number of products by engraving them. For more information, please visit the Website or contact the Customer Contact Center.
Personalized Imolarte Jeweler products cannot be returned to Imolarte Jeweler for exchange or refund. However, this does not affect the Consumer rights regarding the defective products, as described below.
11.3. Watch bracelet adjustment
Bracelet adjustment service is available for some watches. If a watch bracelet adjustment is required, the removed links will be placed into delivery package and shall be returned with the product if the Customer decides to return it to Imolarte Jeweler .
11.4. Gift note
Imolarte Jeweler offers opportunity to include a personalized gift note in the order package.
Imolarte Jeweler reserves the right to withhold the acceptance of an order for engraved products or accompanied by a gift note containing inappropriate or unlawful language.
12. SHIPPING POLICY
We only accept orders for delivery to addresses located in Europe, in one of the following countries: United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Greece, Poland, Hungary, Malta, Lithuania, Slovakia, Romania, Croatia. Imolarte Jeweler does not ship to certain addresses, including PO boxes or hotels. For more information, please visit the Website or contact the Customer Contact Center.
The delivery costs and the estimated delivery time will be indicated on the Website or by the Customer Contact Center before placing the order and summarized in the Acknowledgement of Order. For more information, please visit the Website or contact the Customer Contact Center.
When estimating the package delivery time, please consider time for credit approval, address verification, order processing, and receiving the payment in case of bank wire transfer. After the order is processed and ready for shipment, Imolarte Jeweler will send you the Confirmation of Order by email.
We will do our best to ensure delivery by the courier within the estimated delivery time from the date of our Confirmation of Order.
Orders placed on Friday after 10:00 or on the day before public holiday will be shipped out the next business day.
Each delivery package will contain, in addition to your purchased Imolarte Jeweler product: (i) all related accessories, if any, (ii) a thank you card, (iii) the document holder including the Product Manual, and the Certificate of Authenticity and the International Guarantee, if applicable; (iv) a printed gift note with your message; (v) the return form and prepaid return label and (vi) box without price.
Imolarte Jeweler insures each purchase order during shipping until it is delivered to the Customer. A signature of an adult is required to confirm the delivery of each Imolarte Jeweler product. Hereafter, responsibility of the product passes to the Customer.
13. INVOICES
When ordering products on the Website or through the Customer Contact Center, you, as the Customer, may choose whether to receive an invoice to your billing address. If you decide not to receive an invoice, you may at any time later request an invoice by calling the Customer Contact Center (telephone number indicated on the Website) and providing proper identification to the Customer Contact Center.
Imolarte Jeweler will not send the invoice and payment details to the gift recipient.
14. CUSTOMERS’ RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
A Customer based in the European Union has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This period will expire within fourteen (14) days from the day on which the Customer or any other person on behalf of the Customer acquires physical possession of the product.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, you can contact the Customer Contact Center (telephone number and e-mail address provided on our Website) to obtain a Return Number (RN), which we will confirm in writing. Alternatively, you must inform us (Imolarte 1882 S.p.A - Registered Office Via di Villa Emiliani 48, 00197 Rome (RM) - Head Office Viale Dante 53, 47838 Riccione (RN) – Italy) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, by post or email).
If the Customer withdraws from the Contract, the payments received from the Customer will be reimbursed to him, including delivery costs (except for additional costs if the Customer has selected a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by Imolarte Jeweler ), promptly and in any case within 14 days from the day we were informed about the Customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract.
For reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction; in any case, no reimbursement fee will be payable. Please provide a copy of a SWIFT message of the initial transfer in case of payment made by bank wire transfer so that the refund will be made on the same bank account.
Imolarte Jeweler may withhold reimbursement until it has received the products back or until the Customer has provided documentation of having sent back the goods.
The Customer will send back the products or return them to us in a timely manner and in any case within 14 days from the date on which we were informed about of his decision to withdrawn from the contract. The deadline is met if the Customer returns us the products before the period of 14 days has expired. Imolarte Jeweler will bear the cost of returning the products only if the Customer follows the return processes described below; otherwise, such costs will be borne by the Customer.
The Customer will be liable for any decrease in the value of the product if it is caused by a use beyond the ordinary quality inspection and functional testing of the product. "Quality Inspection and Functional Testing" should be understood as the testing of the product usually done in a retail store. Therefore, if the product is damaged, Imolarte Jeweler will deduct the cost of refurbishment or replacement from the refund.
Each product of Imolarte Jeweler will contain a special WARRANTY SEAL (black label). In case of returning the product, the seal must be intact, must not be tampered or removed. Products without this seal will not be refunded.
15. GIFT RECIPIENT’S RETURN PERIOD
To ensure the full satisfaction of the Customer, Imolarte Jeweler offers the Gift Recipient the same return period, provided that the Terms of Sale are strictly respected.
If the product returned by a Gift Recipient does not meet our quality control standards or if the Gift Recipient is otherwise in violation of these Terms of Sale, Imolarte Jeweler will refuse the return and send back the products to the Gift Recipient.
In case a product is returned to the Imolarte Jeweler e-boutique, only a Customer is entitled to a refund. The Gift Recipient will in no way be entitled to a refund, but he or she may exchange the product by contacting the e-commerce service center as indicated below.
16. RETURN PROCESS
16.1. Return process
Products purchased on the Website or through the Customer Contact Center may be returned to the following address: Imolarte 1882 S.P.A. Viale Dante 53, 47838 Riccione (RN) Italy.
Products that have not been purchased on the Website or through the Customer Contact Center may NOT be returned to the Imolarte Jeweler e-boutique.
To facilitate the return process, please follow the instructions described below that apply to all products:
Each product of Imolarte Jeweler will contain a special WARRANTY SEAL (black label). In case of returning the product, the seal must be intact, shall not be tampered or removed. Products without such seal will not be refunded.
I) Fill out the required information, if applicable, on the return form provided in the original box or packaging and sign it,
II) Include the return form with the product, its accessories, the Product Manual, the Certificate of Authenticity and the International Guarantee as applicable, and all other documents, in the original box and delivery package,
III) In the event that the goods were shipped by Imolarte Jeweler by DHL, you will find in the delivery box a prepaid and completed return form which can to be applicated on the parcel,
IV) Seal the delivery package and affix the prepaid delivery label to it,
V) Arrange the pick-up appointment on www.dhl.com or by using your smartphone and entering the AWB number or contact the DHL Customer Contact Center to arrange pick-up.
VI) The package will be picked up by DHL and returned to our warehouse.
If the product has been shipped by Ferrari Spedizioni, contact our office who will give you the return number and will provide you the return form to apply on the parcel.

The Customer or Gift Recipient, as the case may be, must keep a proof of the return shipment, and Imolarte Jeweler accepts no responsibility in the absence of such proof. Only the goods received by the Imolarte Jeweler e-boutique are eligible for a refund or exchange, as applicable.
After Imolarte Jeweler has received a return, it will verify that the returned product complies with the Terms of Sale.
16.2. Conditions for returning a product
The Imolarte Jeweler products must be returned in their original and used state.
Products shipped by Imolarte Jewelers whose warranty seal has been removed (black label) cannot be returned.
Personalized Imolarte Jeweler products cannot be returned to Imolarte Jeweler for exchange or refund.
Please also return the original box of Imolarte Jeweler and delivery package, with all its accessories, the Product Manual, the Certificate of Authenticity and the International Guarantee, as applicable, and all other documents, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to the products. Otherwise, Imolarte Jeweler has the right to withhold the corresponding value from the refund made to the Customer, or to refuse the refund and send back the product to the Gift Recipient.
All returned products will be subject to strict Quality Control (CQ) by Imolarte Jeweler to ensure that the returned products comply with the requirements mentioned above.
If the returned product satisfies Quality Control (CQ), Imolarte Jeweler will proceed with the refund or exchange of the product, as appropriate.
16.3. Customers’ and Gift Recipients’ product exchange
Customers and Gift Recipients may exchange a product purchased on the Website or through the Customer Contact Center for another Imolarte Jeweler product if the product to be changed compies with the Terms of Sale.
If a product is returned for exchange to the Imolarte Jeweler e-boutique by a Customer or Gift Recipient, only the Customer will be entitled to receive a refund of the price difference if the product to be returned is more expensive than the desired Cartier product. If the returned product is less expensive than the desired product, the Customer or Gift Recipientt, as the case may be, will be charged the price difference.
In either case, Imolarte Jeweler will send an email to the Customer specifying the value of the returned product, the price of the item for which the original product has been changed and the difference to be paid by the Customer or the amount that the Customer is entitle to receive.
17. MANUFACTURER’S GUARANTEE
Imolarte Jeweler strives in ensuring that each product strictly compiles with the company's quality criteria and that it has passed all controls, both functional and aesthetic.
Selected products are covered by the Imolarte Jeweler Guarantee. If a Customer wishes to repair a product covered by the Imolarte Jeweler Guarantee, please refer to the Imolarte Jeweler Guarantee and contact the Customer Contact Center for further information.
18. LEGAL GUARANTEE
The consumer has legal rights under applicable national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods; these legal rights are not affected by these Terms of Sale.
19. REPAIR
For any repair inquiries, please contact our Customer Contact Center (telephone number and e-mail address indicated on the Website).
20. ACCURACY OF PRICING, PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Imolarte Jeweler endeavors to verify that the information published on the Website, in advertisements or catalogues, or by the Customer Contact Center is accurate. However, Imolarte Jeweler does not guarantee, whther express or implied, the accuracy, reliability and completeness of this information. Imolarte Jeweler does not confirm the price of a Imolarte Jeweler product until a Confirmation of Order has been issued by Imolarte Jeweler , confirming the existence of a binding sales contract. If the correct price of a Imolarte Jeweler product exceeds the price indicated on our Website, Imolarte Jeweler will contact the Customer for instructions before shipping the order or, if Imolarte Jeweler cannot obtain such instructions, reject the order and notify the customer of the rejection.
Every effort will be made to ensure that descriptions, photographs or graphic representations of the Imolarte Jeweler products displayed on the Website or on a catalogue are as accurate as possible. However, Imolarte Jeweler does not warrant that these materials or other content are error-free, resulting from inaccuracy, omission, or obsolete data. Consequently, the Customer's sole remedy in case of such an error is to return the product as set out in our Return Policy.
21. FINAL PROVISIONS
Information and complaints. In case of any complaints, we invite the Customer to contact our Customer Contact Center at the following address: Imolarte 1882 S.p.A. Online dispute resolution. In case a consumer is a resident in the European Union, he or she has the right to send a complaint to an alternative dispute settlement organization. Entire Agreement. The Terms of Sale, including policies incorporated herein (for example, Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and Imolarte Jeweler regarding the purchase of Imolarte Jeweler products through the Customer Contact Center or on the Website, and supersede all previous Terms of Sale.
Severability. In the event that any provision of the Terms of Sale shall be determined to be partially void or unenforceable by any court and for any reason whatsoever, it shall be void or unenforceable to that extent only and no further, and the validity and enforceability of any of the other provisions of the Terms of Sale shall not be affected.
22. CLAUSE OF JURISDICTION
These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Italy, without reference to the conflict of law provisions, and with the exclusion of the Convention on the International Sale of Goods.
23. JURISDICTION
You may bring proceedings against Imolarte Jeweler in the courts of Italy or in the country where you are domiciled. Imolarte Jeweler may also bring proceedings against the Customer in the courts of the country where the Customer are domiciled.
Without any restriction to initiate proceedings before a Court, Imolarte Jeweler or the Customer will first make all the necessary efforts for a period of thirty (30) days to resolve amicably any disputes or disagreements that may arise on the product, the Terms of Sale or any breach of thereof.
